About
Born and raised in Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1980. After becoming licensed in Pennsylvania, I worked initially as a physical therapist and then as the Assistant Chief Therapist at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia. My experiences as a physical therapist give me a unique insight into the complexities of bodily injury claims. In 1984 I enrolled in Temple Law School’s evening program while working full time as a physical therapist. While at Temple Law I volunteered with the Food Stamp Action Project, a program that operated in conjunction with Community Legal Services in Philadelphia to advocate for impoverished families.

Kevin was recommended by a friend and took the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company. Kevin is very knowledgeable, and guided me through my personal injury settlement process. I would highly recommend Kevin, as someone you can count on to gain the best settlement possible.
I was the victim of a civil rights issue involving local police, where I was injured. I contacted Attorney Allen and consulted with him regarding the merits of my case. Ultimately, we brought suit against the police department and the officer involved. An agreement was met prior to going to a federal trial. Attorney Allen, was professional, compassionate to me and my family. I treated with respect and as if, my case was the only one Attorney Allen, was handling. He took control of the case and I never worried about it. I would HIGHLY recommend Attorney Allen, for your legal needs.
I truly can not say enough about Mr. Allen. I was given a clear and honest evaluation of my situation, with realistic expectations concerning the outcome of the case. In one of the hardest periods of my life, it made all the difference in the world to have a person that was willing to listen and not judge me while providing sound advice. When I had questions, Mr. Allen took the time to explain everything in terms which I could understand. If you are reading this and your not sure what to do, my advice to you is to make the best decision possible and call Mr. Allens office.
Was very hardworking on my case very proficiant, very knowledgeable, won my case infront of a very tough judge, did great representing me,would recomend to all that have need for a lawyer.
I had a gentleman that decidedto hit my truck while on pills and such forth. I hit my knee on my dash and had to call a lawyer to make sure things were taken care of. Although i was a pest and wanted to know everything at all points i called and Kevin kept me in the loop and was very professional. My case was taking care of in all aspects.
I was 19 years old when my life was threatened. Although I was not the driver, my small intestine was ruptured in a severe car accident in 2011. I had to withdraw from college, forfeit my car and two jobs. In addition, I wracked up $72,000 in medical bills and lost all my college grants for the following year due to this accident. Kevin Allen was a great choice for my case. He was understanding and made sure we had gathered every piece of information before moving forward. He frequently checked in on me, for legal purposes and simply my physical state of being. I feel he was a great lawyer with extensive experience. I trusted that my case was in good hands. The only downfall was that I felt that my situation deserved more compensation, but that's always the tough part. I was suing a major rental car company. I will never know if negotiating isn't his strong point, but it appeared our opponents simply wouldn't budge. In the end, it only took three years to wrap up the case and receive my settlement. I considered it a successful process and would definitely recommend Kevin C. Allen as a lawyer.
Kevin Allen was extremely attentive & actually cared about my case (all aspects, all facets), my well being (both physical & the mental/emotional impact of my injury on my life) & my family (the impact my injury had on our daily life). He was accessible & quick to respond to all my questions & concerns (& admittedly I had many, I'm pretty sure I was the client from hell between my many emails & phone calls). I'm sure he had many, many, more clients. However, every time we met whether consult or hearing, he was as up-to-date & focused as if I were his sole client. I cannot begin to describe how much a comfort this was during a workers comp case where you're the little guy facing a huge corporation using bullying tactics. I would, & indeed have, recommended him to many people. Those big firms, with the 800 #'s, sound sweet on their advertisements. However, if you really want an attorney who will get to know you & fight for you then right here is the go to guy! I hope to never need an attorney again. But if I did he'd be the only one I'd call because I know that even if he couldn't represent me (for whatever the reason & I know he'd explain that in a manner I'd understand) he'd give me a class-A referral. Of course he'd rather represent me!
Kevin gave me clear concise guidance. His advice and understanding of the complexity of Comp Law aided me greatly during multiple courtroom visits.
I went to a consultation to speak to Kevin Allen about a law suit I wanted to go forward with. I was wrongfully accused of shoplifting at kohl’s department store and later got the charge dropped. I went in to speak to Kevin about how we can move forward with the civil suit. He was actually questioned me on my honesty. I stated that I picked up a necklace that I was going to purchase. I later realized while walking around the store that it was broken, so I put it in some random clothing rack. He pretty much accused me of stealing just because I put a necklace out of its original spot. First of all it was broken so why would I put it back so someone could buy a broken piece of jewelry. Secondly it’s not my job to put it back. Thirdly I was already on the other side of the store when I noticed it was broke. He would not of represented me properly if he thought I really did steal the necklace, which I did not. That is why that retail theft charge was later dropped. I told him I did not like how he was accusing me and that I needed a lawyer who would side with me and fight for me not against me. I suggest you find another lawyer. He was very unprofessional and rude.
Went to see Kevin for a consultation about my unemployment appeal. Drove 30 min. to see him and got only disrespect. Wanted to get up and leave. Very biased attorney. He didn't like my situation and said it was unacceptable for what I did. Lawyers are suppose to LISTEN and not get their emotions involved. The only thing I got out of this consult. was, "This is unacceptable, this is unacceptable..., no employer would tolerate this."
