Thank you Kevan and Patty for your services with my situation. You were upfront and honest about the process. My case went smoothly and with a positive outcome, which speaks to experience and professionalism. Thank you for your help!
I initially went to another disability lawyer for a consultation. I was treated poorly, and the person who spoke to me had no background on the subtleties of Multiple Sclerosis. Not her fault, but my gut feeling told me to keep looking for someone else I had confidence in and who also had confidence in me. Luckily I found Kevan Spence. She guided me through every level of my case. I always knew where we were in the long, multi-layered process and exactly what to expect. Kevan has an understanding of Multiple Sclerosis which was a tremendous benefit. Anyone who has the disease will understand what I am talking about. I cannot recommend Kevan highly enough. She listened to me and is very observant. Another big bonus is that her assistant, Patty, is efficient. You won't fall through the cracks here. I was always treated like a person and not a "case." It really was my lucky day when I found Kevan's office.
Kevan and her team are amazing. I suffer from severe brain fog because of my disorder, and they were always patient with me and made sure I understood everything. Everyone I spoke to (which was mostly Kevan and her assistant Diane) are extremely professional but also make you feel like an actual human being. They were always very timely with updates and responses. They also allowed me to do a lot of my business over email because that's what was personally easier for me and it was very convenient. I know that Kevan is the reason I won my case, 100%. I am so blessed to have had her as my lawyer. I can't say enough nice things about her and her team.
She helped me us my disability case this year after I was denied on multiple appeals. She is honest and to the point, and explains the process well. If she doesn't think you have a winning case she will tell you. She knows the laws and the judges, and she won't take the case if she believes that you don't have a legitimate chance- she won't take your case or waste your time simply in an attempt to get paid. If you are fortunate enough to hire her, know you are in the best of hands.
Kevan was excellent and extremely professional with my case, the case was initially a difficult one with a couple of large challenges. This case had to be fought over along time span but she stayed with me all the way. Thanks Kevan
A botched procedure left me with a cerebral spinal fluid leak and no way of working. Kevan took my case, fought for me (which was made even more difficult by the pandemic), and won my case. She thoroughly explained to me what my disability case entailed from the finer points to the broader system in play. Kevan is also a kind and compassionate person who genuinely wants to help people navigate a flawed and broken system. As a careful person she had my complete trust. I would recommend her to anyone who needed a Disability Attorney.
Kevan was amazing. I knew my case was complicated and that it would be possible I would be declined representation before I found someone willing and able to take on my case. I did research on Avvo and Kevan was the first attorney I called based on the stellar reviews. She choose to represent me knowing that I had an incredibly difficult case and that it would be one that only had the chance in a hearing with the judge. Not only did she do a fantastic job representing me, her office was highly professional and always treated me with kindness. Kevan was more than just an attorney she cared about me as a person, my case and advocating for my rare condition that she knew would possibly be confusing to the social security office due to rare my disease is. Kevan made a very stressful process stress free. On the day of my hearing I was not even nervous because I knew I was in incredibly competent hands. Thank you Kevan and Diane for your stellar assistance. I feel blessed to have met you.
I found Kevan Spence online looking for a good lawyer to represent me She was very straight forward and honest about my chances of being approved on my SSDI claim.Kevan is very professional and was a great source of encouragement to me during those very trying times' I would highly recommend her she is very knowledgeable.
I contacted Kevan Spence to help me with my Social Security claim. I had been denied by SS and needed an attorney. Kevan was very easy to speak with and very clear in explaining to me how the process would work and what I needed to provide to her for this claim. Kevan walked me through the interview process with the Judge for my case and made a very anxious process calm and gave me the tools I needed to speak with the Judge about my specific disability. I would highly recommend Kevan Spence for anyone dealing with Social Security.
After an on the job injury as a mechanic and a denial of my worker’s comp claim, Ms. Spence made the process of applying for disability while appealing worker’s comp claim as painless as it possibly could be. All forms were filled out electronically, and we never had to meet in person. I thought it a miracle when SSA letter came approving my disability on the first try. Ms. Spence’s experience is invaluable. Thank you!!

Thank you!!

Thank you!!
