I have rental properties and I had a person who would not move out, this person knew every trick in the book. But, thanks to Kerrie that person will be out! Kerrie is knowledgeable, capable and easy to talk to. Her price was very fair. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone with any type of real estate needs.
Ms. Matre was very helpful in answering all my question word from word. She didnt treat me as if I had 3 heads on my shoulders.(at that time i felt as so) She is a very humble person and i take my hat of to her. thanks a million
Kerrie assisted me with a case against the contractor whom built an addition on my home. She did a great job and was always very responsive. She did a fabulous job at the trial and came up with the best closing argument with little time to prepare.
I have hired and recommend this attorney and the firm several times. All results the same, exemplary service and competence mingled with an honest personal touch.
As most homeowners know, fighting a foreclosure action is an uphill battle. It is as if the defendant is presumed guilty and must prove his/her innocence. Selecting an attorney for this task is no easy choice especially when so much is riding upon that decision. I sought out an attorney that was not only knowledgeable of the law and judicial process but also exhibited certain personal characteristics that I believed to be necessary to obtain a favorable outcome. I wanted someone that was responsive, thorough, an effective communicator, and tenacious in defending my rights and interests. I found just that in Kerrie Matre. If you select her to represent you I believe that you will come to the same conclusion. As a result of Kerrie's efforts, my case ended up being dismissed! Choose Kerrie and you won't be disappointed.
