For nearly 20 years, he has represented businesses ranging from startups to national companies in the areas of corporate formation, business succession, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, trademark, and asset protection. Ken helped me with my Trademark. The process was painless, he pretty much does everything for you and makes sure it is set-up correctly. I have also started to talk with Ken about a couple of my business contracts. He does a great job explaining everything and his experience is very helpful when it comes to these things.
