About
Mr. Citron is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience successfully handling litigations, arbitrations and mediations in state and federal courts and before FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations. He concentrates on commercial litigation, real estate related disputes and securities litigation and arbitration. Mr. Citron began his career as an assistant district attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Klein Coté Edwards Citron, Mr. Citron practiced for more than a decade with a law firm in New York City, where he was a long-time shareholder and a member of the firm's litigation department. He also has taught as a member of the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Intensive Trial Techniques Program at Hofstra Law School. In addition to Colorado, Ken is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appelas for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Massachusetts.
