Very professional and to the point. No games and he does what he says. Makes the process so easy and gets everything handled. Knows his stuff. Highly recommend him and his office staff. He always makes a stressful situation painless.
Kenneth Bradshaw is an excellent attorney. He makes traffic tickets a breeze. You pay him he shows up to court for you and usually gets the tickets dismissed. However, I was disappointed today when I dropped by his office, his secretary lacks customer service skills. I showed up and she continued her conversation after she saw me. come in. She finally decided to help me once I greeted her. Extremly rude, seemed like discussing makeup with her coworker was more important than business.
Very professional and did a great job handling a legal matter for me.
I had a BS traffic violation. I paid a very small fee, he got a court date set. I had to appear, which meant a day off of work, but my case was dismissed within 10 minutes of the judge organizing her paperwork, and I did not have to pay any court fees. I don't care how it happened, but it happened.
I got my first "speeding ticket". There is no way I was speeding. I went up a hill to see an officer run in the road waving me down and was ticketed for speeding. I also did not have insurance even though I pointed out it expired within the week so I got a ticket for no insurance, and also because I did not physically have my Drivers License on me even though I had a State ID, I received a ticket for No Identification. The first time I was ever pulled over I received three tickets. I went to the court house and pled not guilty and immediately began looking for a lawyer. I came upon Kenneth R. Bradshaw because he was in the district. I never actually talked to him, but his secretary's knew what they were doing. They gave me exact dates and told me exactly what to do. I had to defensive driving, and I deferred driving, but all tickets were dismissed. This guy knows how to fight for drivers. Great Lawyer. Highly Recommend!!!
Mr Bradshaw is an incredibly unproffesional attorney who gets too personal at times when you would like to stay on the business and legal side of things rather than play 21 questions about irrelevant information. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone out there having legal issues as he will advise you to the best of his thinking ( which is extremely poor narrow minded and naive )
Good Afternoon, I called today and spoke to someone who said they would give me a call back. I have been trying to call and get status on my case. I was told on August 21st that I could pay the deposit and get my court date changed and there would not be any issue. Then I proceeded to call repeatedly to have someone confirm that "Michelle" had gone to the Houston Court Office and changed my court date. I called on August 28th because I was given notice that my court date was missed and I had a warrant. I was reassured by someone in the office that Michelle has changed the date and "we are still waiting on the notes to be added" for the new court date. Every time I email or call I get the same answer, it has come to my attention, today, that I now have a warrant that has been issued by Houston as of 10/1/20. Costing $318! This is extremely unprofessional on the lawyers part, I would appreciate a call back or at least an email in regards to this matter. I paid my deposit and was constantly reassured by the office that Michelle has taken care of everything. Paid deposit: 8/21/20, withdrawn from acct: 8/24/20 Emailed: Aug 21, August 29th, September 2nd Calls: 8/21/20 @ 9:57AM 8/26/20 @ 9:08AM 8/26/20 @ 12:54PM 8/28/20 @ 10:57AM 09/09/20 @ 3:14PM 10/5/20 @ 1:49 PM
