Very personable. Very matter of fact. Very straightforward. Listens carefully, and sincerely. Does not waste time. Very frugal and very decisive. He should wear cowboy boots. He has an incredibly competent, dedicated, and experienced staff backing him up. Although he keeps things simple, and is careful to only use the tools necessary for the job, he has an amazing array of tools, both in terms of knowledge and IT litigation support, at his disposal. He has obviously hired some super-secret, super-competent hi-tech IT firm to set him up. Exactly what I want to see from a lawyer in the year 2013!!!
Ken is very knowledgeable and most importantly approaches every aspect of your situation from a pragmatic, business like manner. One of the few attorneys that in addition to his Law Degree, also has an MBA in business, which translates to his understanding and management of the case.
In 2006, upon the demise of our company, Eastern Seaboard Packaging, Ken, along with the associates at his law firm, guided Nikki and myself through various trials and tribulations. Attempting to rebuild different careers, and upon bad information that resulted in our being defrauded for several million dollars, we turned to Ken who advised that recovery in North Carolina was not only possible, but also subject to treble damages . Presently the Andresen Law Firm has filed claims through FINRA, (regulatory body for small investors) to hopefully bring a conclusion to this unfortunate situation. We are presently cautiously optimistic about our success. J and N
We have worked with Mr. Andresen on many legal issues spanning more than 15 years. We have also referred numerous businesses and individuals to Mr. Andresen. All of us share the opinion that Mr. Andresen is one of the best attorneys in North Carolina.
Ken has worked with me concerning a business called Shela Enterprises, LLC, that involves the promotion of a new technology to a global company. Ken was involved in the writing of the contract needed, and he has been very interactive with key personnel to bring this business into fruition. I have been very appreciative of Ken's professionalism and keen ability to assist and advise in this endeavor.
