I am licensed in Texas and Arkansas. My primiary focus is real estate law with a special interest in commerical tenant leases. My clients range from nail salons to wireless stores to grocery stores. Typically the initial lease review is under 4 hours and then we work with the Tenant to obtain a document balanced to the needs of the Tenant.With regard to litigation matters, I refer to 4 different attorneys matters based on the match of subject matter and personalities.
