About
Call 336-355-2355 for your residential closing needs today!Kelly Walker, of Christiansburg, VA, found herself at Elon University School of Law ('17) after obtaining her B.S. in Theatre & Social Science (Radford University 2011). She was planning on attending graduate school to study medieval history but, after meeting with a law school adviser who asked her "what kind of work are you going to do with that degree?" she realized it was time to re-evalaute her plans. That meeting was followed by a road-side heart-to-heart with her mom about the path Kelly would take. After weighing her options, Kelly realized her path was leading her to law school. She soon started her studies at Elon.In the fall of 2017, Kelly started her career with The Firm at Fisher Park, an established real estate and estate planning firm, in Greensboro, NC. She worked as a paralegal for John H. Kornegay as she studied for the North Carolina Bar Exam. After passing the bar in February 2018, she began her real estate practice in earnest. Kelly has since joined Ivey & Eggleston, a firm based in Asheboro, NC. Kelly now focuses on residential closings for Ivey & Eggleston in the new Greensboro location. Kelly is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Greensboro Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, and the Young Lawyers' Section of the Greensboro Bar Association.
