I am an active volunteer with The Arc of Northern Virginia and founded and serve as counsel for the Personal Support Trusts, a pooled special needs trust operating in Northern Virginia.  I am the Northern Virginai member of the Special Needs Alliance,  a national organization of attorneys committted to legal issues of disability.
