I handle cases in all aspects of employment law and civil rights law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation claims. As a former public defender, my passion and experience lies in helping people remedy the injustices they've experienced at the hands of employers and the government.   I am unafraid to be the voice of reason standing up against the powerful.  I will take on all aspects of litigation.  I am comfortable in the courtroom and have a successful track record of results in jury trials.  When your case requires a fight, I am ready to litigate and take the case as far as necessary in order to get a fair result.  I will accept a variety of cases including:Employment - Sexual Harassment, Wage Disputes, Age Discrimination, Retaliation, Disability Discrimination, Wrongful Termination and more Civil Rights - Police Brutality, False Imprisonment, Malicious Prosecution, Discrimination, and more
