She indicated that this was because we would not disclose 100% of our financial assets, even though they were below the inheritance levels of concern as we discussed together. Her focus on needing all financial assets and details were disturbing and made us wonder about her intentions. Other attorneys subsequently consulted, then hired, had no interest in the comprehensive details of our relatively minimal financial assets. Based on this simple task of preparing routine documents, with no unusual aspects identified or discussed, I would not recommend the use of attorneys Lombardo or Cerato.
