Kelly Haywood, an attorney at Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., is an experienced litigator at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal courts.  Kelly's distinguished career includes active duty service of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, commercial and business law litigation, and accounting.  Kelly's area of expertise is complex commerical litigation, with an emphasis on real property issues, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, zoning and land use, and small business, partnership, and corporate disputes.  Kelly is admitted to U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankrupctcy Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
