I was referred to Kelly by a mutual friend, and I am extremely glad I hired him. His knowledge of the law surpassed both the judge AND the prosecutor on my case. Faced with a difficult set of circumstances, due to my situation, Kelly knew exactly what to try, and let me tell you it worked perfectly. Do not hesitate to retain Mr. Farrish, you will NOT be disappointed. His knowledge and long history with the different judges and prosecutors is invaluable! Do yourself a favor and at the very least, consult with him! You WILL thank me!! Andrew S.

Kelly was professional, no nonsense and to the point right from the start. You could tell he knew what, why and how. The man was obviously respected by other lawyers and the judges. You could tell right away you are in good hands. I’ve been through the mill before so to speak and he was recommended by an awesome divorce lawyer that I was referred to previously . Worth the money spent as I came out very well and most of all was treated well during the experience of representation. I would and have recommended him to many which makes me look good as well. Don’t pass this guy up when looking for a DUI defense attorney.

Great lawyer. Highly recommended. Although my BAC was quite high, he got my charge reduced to reckless ops with minimal punishment. Very thankful to him!

Kelly was professional and clearly communicated everything that needed to be considered before making a plea agreement. He gave me a discount for being a fellow veteran and for lawyer referral. Almost half off. He was ready to go to trial if we needed to, but he must be a magician or something because he got me the plea deal of a lifetime. Reduced (after prior reductions), Annie's law(6month suspended license with interlock, no classes), & no court fees. I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to have had him represent me. Thank you Kelly!

Kelly Farrish is most definitely the lawyer to contact when facing an OVI charge. Mr. Farrish was able to meet with me as soon as the next day after I contacted him. He is very efficient in all work he performs and is very detail-oriented when it comes to each case. He spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me during my initial contact and then spent A LOT of time during our in-person meeting going over EVERYTHING, as this was my first offense. He explained different scenarios of what could possibly happen with my case and was very transparent. He is very knowledgeable with OVI cases and takes pride in his work. Mr. Farrish was able to answer all questions when asked and if he was unavailable, he was very quick to respond. He is upfront with timelines and expectations, as well as informative with all aspects of cases. He provides facts and statistics to help clients better understand how things can go. I was able to get my OVI charge reduced, thanks to Kelly Farrish. This, of course, was a huge blessing, as I was concerned how this could burden my current employment and personal life. I honestly could not have gotten through this entire process without Mr. Farrish. He was very concerned with my emotions and was able to help ease a lot of stress with information he provided. I would 100% recommend Kelly Farrish. I am forever grateful for his time and assistance with my case.

I was VERY pleased with Kelly Farrish's services. I ended up getting charged with a marked lanes violation, 2nd offense DUI, refusal, and two misdemeanor gun charges (I have my CCW's). I had a consult with Farrish and he explained to me the process involved in what my case may entail. I believe in being responsible for actions, but in this case, I know I didn't refuse the test, but was nervous for the simple fact, I've progressed in my career and how this could affect me. He took the time to review discovery and as much as I wanted this to be over fairly quickly (was offered a plea deal), Farrish's advise led me to continue to fight. He seems to know if there's a chance or not, and I recommend to follow his advice. My case lasted several months, but he kept at reviewing the evidence, and pointing out issues with my case to the prosecution. We ended up having to go all the way to a motion to suppress trial in which the judge denied it and it ended up going to a bench trial. In which, the judge ended up acquitting me of all charges, except the traffic violation. This was a long process and I wanted it to be over quickly and thought I should just take the plea deal just to be done. I know that sounds bad, but trying to work and get off of work, was getting stressful. Farrish's advise and expertise led me to understanding the importance of patience as well as you get what you pay for. I truly believe he is genuine in whether a case should end at a plea deal or if it's worth going to the next step. I'm glad I decided to go the next step because it ended up turning in my favor fully. He's knows this field very well, and I will be forever grateful for the hard work, dedication and time he put into fighting my case.
