Last Year I was targeted by some very determined and corrupt Police Officers who issued me 3 citations in a matter of days a part. I appealed the citations and Kelly handled my Judges hearing in Northampton District Court. She was professional and also not afraid to challenge the officers which after 3 months of the case being under advisement, Kelly was able to get all 3 citations dismissed entirely which were false from the start. I Would and will recommend to Kelly to anyone with A traffic citation, She was also very attentive and helpful with my whole case.
My young daughter had a speeding ticket. Kelly talked us through the entire process of appeal and was extremely kind and patient in prepping my daughter. Very grateful
I got a ticket in August 2019 and because of the pandemic the case got in front of the magistrate in July 2021. Kelly kept the record for 2 years and was successfully able to dismiss the ticket. This was great caring about the client despite of the time lapse and ultimately dismiss the charge.
Kelly is amazing hands down very personable. I would 100% recommend friends and family. Couldn’t have gotten the results I wanted without the help of Kelly. Stop overthinking and call Kelly!!!
“Hands down the best traffic court attorney out there. Miss Broadbent represented me through a very difficult time in my life with COVID-19 and other political issues going on in my life. I highly recommend anyone to Attorney Broadbent to solve traffic related offenses. Her professionalism got all 3 of my traffic offenses dismissed on our first court date. She looks out for your best interests and has your back the entire time. Thank you again Miss Broadbent for absolutely everything!” ~Jeremiah Shivers 1st Ranger Battalion (Vet.)
Kelly handled my speeding ticket case with ease and poise, like no other. She handled everything professionally and in a very timely manner!
Hired Kelly to fight a "speeding" ticket that didn't seem fair. She didn't overload me with small talk and details... instead, she told me what to do, and more importantly, what not to do. During the initial hearing I was found not responsible, but the crabby prosecutor appealed the magistrate's decision, to our surprise. During the final hearing the court had technical issues, but Kelly stayed on point throughout. She was punctual and confident, while keeping it real, and easing my anxiety. It was impressive to watch Kelly drop all the right questions one after another during the examination. Once it was time to shine, Kelly went full boss mode, spouted some type of lawyer jargon, and just like that I was found not responsible. I still don't know what she did, but it worked. Hire her. You want her working for you, not against you. Trust me!
Kelly represented my teen driver with his first ticket and was able to resolve for us out of state. We had a lot of concerns but she didn’t rush my questions and we were pleased with the outcome. She was very understanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
I consulted with Kelly on a criminal matter and she gave me practical and sound legal advice. She immediately understood my situation which is a complicated matter, and broke the matter down to its simplest component, helping me understand it more clearly. She has skills. Put her to work for you.
Kelly helped me get 2 tickets dismissed. She is punctual and effective. Whenever we spoke, she kept me up to date and answered all my questions, literally all of them. To top things off, her delivery on court day was nothing short of impressive. Don't think twice about hiring her, she is the best out there.
