Every time i was about to go sign a contract he would tell me to find another house or would create an excuse why its no good . He sent me to banks i wasnt interested in dealing with like Chase or Citi bank . When i finally closed last november i got the surprise of my life - the legal bill at the closing which came close to $3700.00! Then put it all together - he was charging me for every time a contract was sent over and he would discuss it with me. Had i known this i would signed on the first house i really loved. The worst experience with this guy.

He nevers return your call. Wants his money upfront them ignores your work. Then asks for more money to comple that which was paid for. I reported him to the Bar Association Eleventh District.
