Keith Petrak has practiced law in Seattle since 1989 in both state and federal court. An experienced commercial litigator, he is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has counseled international, national and regional clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of business and tort litigations. Keith’s practice has involved a wide range of subjects including, among others, professional liability, noncompetition and trade secret disputes, securities fraud, intellectual property, products liability, antitrust and consumer protection, employment discrimination, and civil rights.
