My major practice areas include DUI, OVI, Criminal Law, Traffic Law, Family Law, Veteran’s Benefits, Estate Planning, and General Practice throughout Southeastern Ohio.I am a member of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, as well as Driving Under the Influence Defense Lawyers Association.I am a Veteran of Operation Iraq Freedom, and was deployed in 2005 as a member of Bravo Company, 612th Engineering Battalion. While deployed in Iraq, I served as the lead gunner on a personal security detail and was awarded my combat action badge as well as a meritorious service medal for dedication and service. As a veteran, I am passionate about helping fellow veterans obtain the benefits they have earned.In 2012, I received my Bachelors degree in Applied Management from Ohio University. I completed law school in just 2 ½ years and received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University in January of 2016, with a concentration in Environmental and Energy Law. While attending law school I was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Society, and was selected to serve in leadership positions for the Student Bar Association and Military Law Society.Additionally, I am a member of the Muskingum County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and I am accredited by the National Care Planning Institute to represent Veterans.

I called him at 9;30pm the night before to be in court at 8:30am and he showed up without question. Throughout the process he got the dui dropped down and got my license back within a couple weeks. He also answers or calls back personally when you call him. It’s not a run around phone tag game
