I hired this law-firm on an emergency situation due to filling in bullhead.I paid the retainer of 3500. He represented me once in court then charged me almost another 1000$ for filling of paperwork afterward of hearing. They cheat you on the billing process.They charge you as if you talk to the actual lawyer every-time,when you really dont.I brought up the fact that they were conducting business wrong and over charging me,they continued to say I owe them money. I would not pay until they corrected my bill,and they never did.They drop my case and never gave me a penny back. I would not hire these people at all, they will cheat you out of your money and never think twice about it.

But it was too late because he cancelled the trial date and I'm a single parent that spent everything I had for his services and couldn't hire someone else. He requested so much information and evidence which I provided, then he didn't want to use after all. It was just a tactic to incur more fee's. He will do everything and anything to not work for your money and stay out of court. I was very disappointed with his lack of ethics and morals. After I disputed what was written in my final stipulation order, Mr. Knochel said his partner Aline happened to be in the office listening to our conversation regarding the order and would testify to it. Very dishonest guy. If I can help one person avoid him then the time I took to write this is worth it. I wish someone would have written a review like this before I retained him.
