I hired Kavitha after going through one other attorney, and the consultation of 8 other attorneys. I had explained my family’s IR1 or I-130 situation to many Attorneys and wanted to apply for a 601 waiver. They all said the same thing that it won’t likely get approved, but I felt like I needed to try anyway. I felt I just needed the right Attorney. This is my story of an exceptional Attorney and extraordinary person. I am a veteran from Cleveland, Ohio. I have spent this past year trying to get my wife and two and half year old daughter to the United States from the Philippines. Our petition was approved and then sent to the US Embassy in Manila on December 1st 2014 for my wife’s interview with the consulate. We were both very excited because this was going to be our first Christmas together in the United States, what a gift for my family. It was late November and my wife went for her Visa Physical at St Luke’s hospital in Manila Philippines. What happen next was a shock and has had devastating effect on our family that nearly broke us spiritually, mentally, and financially. My wife was diagnosed with have pulmonary tuberculosis. My wife was told by the Physician that she had to report to the hospital every day for the next 6 to 9 month to do “direct observation therapy” a medical treatment program for TB. This meant that I have to move my family from our home 200 miles north to a city that’s full of pollution, crime, and terrorist organizations if we wanted our visa approval and to be together. My wife moved to the city on a last minutes notice with our daughter so she could start her treatment while I stayed in the USA and worked. My wife moved into a room no bigger than a 4 by 6. On her first night she experienced many rats and roaches crawling over her and our daughter so we bought a tent for them to live in. I had worked for a very prominent company here in Cleveland. After explaining my situation to my employer and asking for time off to visit my family three days later I was fired. Well I had moved my family sense then to a better safer neighborhood and my wife continues her treatment today. At first I was devastated knowing that now were financially headed down hill fast and that my emotional well-being is in jeopardy. I know I need to stay fit so I can get my family through situation. I turned to Kavitha and explained my situation, her firm agreed to help me and put me on payment a plan Kavitha has not only helped me as a veteran, but also has helped my family who is extremely grateful. She has continued to give me counseling through this emotional and stressful situation. At first I wasn’t sure I could trust any attorney because all the different opinions I had already been told by other Attorneys but after working with her for some time and having her help I’m now emotionally stable where I can concentrate on being employed once again and stay focused on what needs to be accomplished to get my family safe to the USA. Kavitha has wrote an exceptional 601 waiver letter explaining to the USCIS our hardship, and she has requested for the 601 to be expedited to get my family safe to the USA were they can continue their TB treatment here in Cleveland, Ohio, and on Thursday, May 14, 2015 the expedite was approved with the help from our Senators case worker who has also work very hard for us. Kavitha and our Senators case worker have gone above and beyond their Job duties to help a veteran and his family in distress. Kavitha has unconditionally and unselfishly showed her compassion and care for humanity which no price or monetary award is sufficient, but she well deserves recognition from her colleges, her superiors, and all attorneys alike, all the way up her chain of command. I implore you today to recognize her for her exceptional work and give her a round of applause even though the work is not over yet. Sincerely: The Touchstone Family

Kavitha handled my immigration case and she always kept me informed about my case. My case had been denied before I hired Kavitha from The Costas Network. Once Kavitha took my case, it took three months for my case to get approved.
