She met with me for no more than 10 min because her next appointment arrived. After 12-13 hours in mediation she allowed the person we were suing to go home and rest because he was exhausted. While we were to go through his assistant with any settlement offers and his assistant would call the him from his bed while we sat and suffer until midnight. She was reading my evidence while we were in mediation, asking me questions as if it was her first time looking at them. She was FaceTiming an event being held for her, giving a speech in the middle of our mediation. She never once defended our demands the entire process. All she wanted to do was settle on any amount and agreed to any requests the apposing council wanted without even asking me. In our mediation she seemed to be “asking” for our offers rather than demanding our offers. After losing this case, she demanded I sign a non-compete and allowed the defendant to continue running their eligal business out of their home.
