I focus my practice on aircraft transactions and finance, Federal Aviation Administration regulatory matters, general business and corporate law. I have represented numerous corporate and private purchasers and sellers of aircraft, and have assisted clients in forming operating structures that work to shield tax, FAA and general liabilities. I have also assisted purchasers of Boeing 787 aircraft with Boeing contract review and consequences for delayed delivery dates. In addition, I have worked with foreign airlines regarding foreign ownership requirements and domestic acquisitions, during that time I was in close contact with the Department of Transportation.
