About
Elizabeth Teel is originally from Allensville, Kentucky and is a 2005 graduate of Todd County Central High School. After high school, she attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee where she majored in Political Science and minored in Business. She was on the Dean’s List throughout her time at Lipscomb, was a graduate of the Honor’s Program, and graduated magna cum laude in 2009. She was granted a scholarship to attend Faulkner University, Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. While in law school, Elizabeth served as a board member on the Faulkner Law Review, received a Legal Writing and Research award, was a moot court finalist, and received an alternative dispute resolution certification. She was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in October 2012. Elizabeth worked as Staff Attorney for Circuit Judge, Tyler L. Gill before accepting an associate attorney position with Dillingham & Traughber where she practiced in the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations, and other civil litigation areas. She is now the Assistant Logan County Attorney and a partner with Ross & Teel, LLP.
