I have been insulted and appalled by this person's seeming lack of professionalism. Even when this person acted in the aforementioned way, Ms. Nelson never lost her footing in the trial. I had never seen an attorney except for making a will before. I did not know what to expect but I certainly didn't expect a kind, sensitive and really strong woman who buoys me and reminds me of the long term goals. It has been an expensive process but I highly recommend her. Think of it this way--you can hire any old attorney for a song or spend more knowing that the cash outlay will pay long-term dividends.

Ms. Nelson was a replacement for my attorney who went on maternity leave. To be fair to Ms. Nelson, she came in during the last 6 weeks of my case, however she was also going through her own divorce and she was clearly more concerned about her own situation to pay attention to mine. Due to her not proof-reading her own documents submitted to the court, she cost me thousands of dollars. i would never recommend her.
