Mrs Walsh and her staff are very professional keep me up date in me worker's comp case, I spoke with them by phone and all treat me like they know me for like not like others lawyers. I want to mention miss Linda and mrs Bonnie they both are so professional and kind people. I love this law firm. I will recommend to all my friends who need a good lawyer.. Thank you all of you. I’ve been a client with Mrs.Walsh since 2006 and recently settled my worker’s compensation claim. They were always professional, never pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do and were always patient with me. I felt that they always had my back and my interest came first. I was assigned to Linda, one of her staff, who was and is the best person to deal with when dealing with a difficult claim. I recommend this wonderful group to everyone and anyone who will listen.
I have observed numerous attorneys over the years in my previous profession and choose her to represent me in my case. I did not have a lot of hope in being approved since Social Security disability is not easy to get approved. I provided all the facts and documentation and Ms. Walsh accomplished the rest. I was surprised on the hearing date to find out that she had sent a letter to the Judge on my behalf which reduced a long and extended hearing ordeal. Her immediate communication to me in relationship with Judge opinion resulted in a quick resolution to the issues at hand. Remember, it is not about getting everything your way but achieving a result. I strongly recommend you consider Ms. Walsh for legal counsel. She is the best.
Ms. Walsh and all of her staff were just tremendous. She took care of a disability case involving my wife. Then she took care of a workmans comp case that I was involved in. Both were successes and the feeling of support I had was just so awesome. I would not hesitate even a half second recommending this fine group to anyone to in need of their professional assistance.
Ms. Walsh helped me to win my workman's compensation claim with skill, She and her staff were thorough and communicated with me on a consistent basis, so that I never had a question unanswered. This was a difficult experience for me, but Ms. Walsh was always prepared. Whenever I felt down about things, she would put my mind at ease. I appreciated her staff and their assistance. I was able to focus on caring for my injury and taking care of my family at this time. I highly recommend her to anyone.
I was injured in a car accident while working. I was in a company car so this was a workman's comp. claim. I looked and there are not many attorneys that will take on the big insurance companies. After being told i had no case by several attorney's i found Kathleen. I met with her and she was so angry that i had been told i had no case. She apologized for her fellow attorney's and began working at once. She told me up front that workman's comp. cases are a process, so my case may take awhile. It did, but Kathleen and her office staff kept me informed all through the process so i knew what was going on. We finally got the insurance company to settle my case, and i think Kathleen Walsh was the reason. She is a "bull dog" when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. She knows the law, and used it to get what i deserved after this accident. Then the negligence part of my case started. This was really a process. While this was going on, i had 4 surgery's, 2 on my neck and 2 on my back as a result of my accident. Kathleen actually called me while i was in the hospital to see how i was. That small gesture showed me that she cared about me, and that i had made the right choice in an attorney. My case was complicated, for reasons i won't go into here, but Kathleen worked tirelessly on my case. Even when i felt like quitting it all, she was there for me and keep me going. I never thought an attorney would work so had on a case. I felt like i was her only client because of what she put into my case. We finished my case in 2016. So with both sides of this law suit it took 4 years and i couldn't be happier. I have personally referred a half dozen people to her now, and my wife is now a client too. We became good friends during this process, and i plan to remain her friend even though my case is over. So if your looking for an attorney, why not get one that actually knows what they are doing, and actually cares. Kathleen Grace Walsh gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.
Ms. Walsh was willing to help me with my workers’ compensation claim when no one else would. She did outstanding work; she won my case at a hearing. She and her staff showed me that they really cared, they provided superior service, they were courteous, profession and carrying. I would recommend Ms. Walsh to anyone who needs a lawyer to fight for them.
Ms. Walsh represented me in a VA Worker's Compensation claim. Through a difficult process with a very uncooperative employer, Ms. Walsh was persistent and diligent at resolving various issues including having Doctors visits approved/paid for, reimbursement of out of pocket expenses prior to her representation, 2nd opinions. Ms. Walsh employs an excellent staff, who, together with her, gave the utmost attention to the details of my case, resolving issues as they arose, and kept me very well informed of the progress of my case. They took the time necessary to keep me informed and to help me understand the intricacies of what was happening through the various proceedings, hearings, etc. that lead to the successful settlement of my case. Ms. Walsh and her staff worked late evenings and, occasionally weekends in order to complete the work necessary to successfully concluding my case. Some ten years later, I can still count on this firm to resolve issues related to my Compensation claim and the resultant award. I would highly recommend Kathleen Walsh and her firm to anyone seeking legal assistance with Worker's Compensation.

(Mrs Rosy C-J.)

(Mrs Rosy C-J.)
