Yes, Mrs. Mulvey is a no nonsense attorney. You sit down, you shut up, and you listen to her. She has a phone but you need to contact her. You need to show you want your children. She doesn't play games. She can't stand people that aren't looking out for the best interest of the kids. She def has bad people skills so to speak and she can def come off as rude and insulting. But she's a savage in the courtroom and she slayed my ex husband as well as the Guardian attorney in the case.... If ur do as she says and stay polite to her regardless of what she says to you (ya know the kill em with kindness routine) she's you're best bet for a custody case!!!

I hired this attorney in April 2013. first of all she told me she had no way to contact me so I had to call her often to find out what was going on, when I did call her she was extremely rude and insulting to me and my family. We feel that she was way behind all the other lawyers as far as knowledge and people skills. She is in my opinion a rude and grouchy person that thinks that the more rude she is the more you will listen. She charged me 2000 dollars to file one petition and not much was done at all. she went as far as calling me lazy because I had not called her in a few days, due to her telling me she had no time for me, this is after I paid her very well. I felt trapped and not knowing what to do. I expressed that I didnt like the way I was being treated and she said she was going to file a petition to be removed from the case. How is that being profesional and courteous? everything I have looked up on lawyer conduct in Tn. she has failed miserably.
