Katie R. Miller was born and raised in Prairie Village, Kansas. She received her B.S. in Mathematics from the Rockhurst University and her Masters in Library Science From Emporia State University. Katie earned her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.During law school, Katie was an active member of the International Law Society, and has exhibited a lifelong commitment to her national and local community through various volunteering and fundraising. Prior to becoming an attorney, Katie worked as a law librarian at the University of Missouri Law Library.Katie is a member of the American Bar Association, the Washington State Bar, and the King County Bar. Katie is admitted to practice in the state of Washington.
