Andrew and the staff at Hulse Law firm did an outstanding job helping me through divorce proceedings. The professionalism demonstrated by Andrew and others at Hulse Law Firm involved in my case restored my faith in the legal profession and attorneys in general. My ex-wife and I initially filed a do it yourself divorce after meeting with a local arbitrator. Our goal was to keep costs as low as possible and not become like so many others we knew that had large legal bills and so much anger and bitterness. During the arbitration process there were several items in the agreement my ex-wife and I signed that didn't sound right and I had considered hiring an attorney to review but never got around to it. Then about 40 days before the final hearing at court a work conflict arose. This led me to search for an attorney to represent me and review our case to make sure everything was correct. After contacting about 7 different lawyers in the Denver metro area I settled on Hulse Law Firm. I was put in touch with Andrew and asked him to review my case and see if there were any concerns he had along with representing me at court. Having only 40 days from the time I contacted his office until my court date, Andrew worked hard to get the documents reviewed, make recommendations and corrections as well as filing several motions to correct some issues we had with our case. After reviewing the agreement my ex-wife and I came up with in arbitration, Andrew found several issues and concerns we were able to address before our final hearing which saved us from having to schedule another court date. I was really impressed with Andrew. First, he was very understanding of my desires to remain civil and did not try to push me when I said no on several of his recommendations. There were 3 significant recommendations he made to me that would better protect me. He advised but let me make the decision and didn't push. This was very important to me and I appreciate his ability to work within my desires. In addition to providing me with excellent service he helped my ex-wife at the court house by giving her some coaching and a review of what would happen in court. She later called me and expressed her appreciation that he was kind to her. Andrew is a great attorney that listens to the wants of the client and doesn't try to make issues where no issue exists. I would highly recommend Andrew and the Hulse Law Firm for any family law issues. I will be using Andrew again for some estate planning needs in the very near future.

I faced off against Andrew C.R. Leclere when he worked for the Larimer County District Attorney (notice if you do a web search he doesn't list that he worked there). He was the prosecuting Attorney. After a full day jury trial I was found not guilty of all charges... you can make your determination from there as to whether you would want him to represent you.
