Katie consulted with our Iraqi refugee friend in Florence Immigration Facility and with us, his friends and surrogate family in NY State by phone, keeping us informed as much as possible when the only other info we could get was the ACLU website. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgable.
Under your very tragic circumstances ,when your situation gets in development from bad to worse -your only last chance to meet such people like Katie Ruhl and Matt Green. She is an incredible hardworking fighter ,who will dig some details out and bring them to the surface of the argument ,she will find the way to communicate and reach the unreachable ...As a matter of fact she was able to move mountains ,after our first appeal to BIA was denied and all my son's case seemed to look so hopeless . She is a very goal oriented and tough professional who is extremely knowledgeable and what is so precious ,aggressively targeted to fight for you and to achieve the result in your case ( which is so typical for this Law office in general ) Katie working on our case since August 2012 , the case is very complex and still a long way to go ,But she did an incredible amount of work so far . She put all her effort, aggression and persistence to win the re-hearing on immigration bond after immensely amount of researching ,writing for my son case , in parallel working on his case in 9 th C Court . She is also very tough in court room and her Law firm most definitely could be proud having her on the board . I wish I knew about those lawyers from the very beginning when my son got this immigration problem 3 years ago ,it would be not getting that far and that bad perhaps ...I am extremely thankful that I have them now ,and personally Katie who is working on our case is so hard .
Kathe is an excellent professional, responsible, efficient, with a knowledge of immigration law and criminal law, with enough knowledge to wins any immigration case, in my last court that she was representing me showed that she really knows and knows laws, for about 4 years Katharine Ruhl was representing me as Pro-Bono, and she worked hard and with all dedication in my case always walking the 2 mile help me and giving of their time and dedication.
