I'm so pleased that we were able to obtain favorable resolutions in both of my legal matters. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to vindicating my legal charges; you have given my career and life a more hopefull opportunity. Thank you kindly. I am so greatful I found you to support me thru a long and challenging legal process. All the best, Karlie!
Karlie Valdez is an exceptional person and a DAMN GOOD lawyer. She is very professional and knows exactly what she is talking about. Her goal is to get the best case scenerio for you and she will fight to make sure that it happens. On top of being a great lawyer she is genuine, compassionate and a very good listener. Both my cases were very tricky. I was charged for DUI and physical control just 7 months apart. I was ashamed and feeling very low. One would say I reached "my bottom". I confided in Karlie and was 100% honest with my situation. Her compassion and advice really helped me in my cases. I would recommend Karlie to anyone with similar charges. My advice would be to be really be open and honest with her. Karlie really does care and will help work with whatever the law wants to throw your way. At the end of the day I took my bad situation made some big life changes and I am a better person for it. I wouldn't have been able to do this if I hadn't had Karlie in my side.
It has been nothing but a pleasure working with Karlie. From the moment I reached out to her by coming across her website to our initial phone call, she's been very transparent, very compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Her approach is special-- she asks all the right questions and she's familiar with the local courts, prosecutors and judges in the area, yet she has a very caring, soft demeanor that made it so easy to deal with. Like many people, getting pulled over and arrested for a DUI is an embarrassing, tumultuous and isolating situation. It was something that I didn't want to talk to anyone about. Like many, I didn't know what to do or who to trust. Frankly, I didn't even know where to begin. I did a Google search and contacted several local attorneys but after meeting with several, and transacting emails with several… I still didn't feel a good fit was found. As soon as I spoke to Karlie on the phone-- I just knew: I could feel safe with her, that I could trust her, and that she would fight for me. And she did: over the next several months and longer, despite not having as a strong of a case as I'd liked, through persistence, her outstanding reputation, and how she positioned me… I had a breakthrough outcome that I'd consider to be "best case scenario" given the circumstances. And through it all, I learned a lot. She was a guiding light in one of the toughest seasons of my life, and I would recommend her to anyone needing more than guidance with the law… a true advocate. Someone who would fight for you.
I received a Negligent Driving ticket resulting from an incident on I-5, as did the driver of the other vehicle. Given the circumstances I pleaded Not Guilty and represented myself. The verdict was Guilty. I paid my fine and moved on. Fast forward 2 years and while applying for a job I find out that you cannot have a Negligent Driving Conviction on your DOL abstract for this job. For 6 months I wandered around to yet another free attorney or legal clinic. The results were; nothing, nada, zero. No pathway for getting this removed or going around it. I was repeatedly being reminded of that old adage; ‘You get what you pay for’. Someone totally unrelated to all this referred me to Karlie Valdez. Karlie got me a ‘Relief from Judgement’ for this conviction (i.e….it goes away). In addition, I was refunded all of my fine except for $100. I could not be more pleased. She knows her ‘stuff’. In this case that ‘stuff’ is driving related. I know she practices criminal law too. I don’t doubt that she is damn good at that as well. She would be my first choice and my first recommendation to anyone who needs help in those areas. Steve
Thank you very much for your help Karlie Valdez with my legal matter. Without your help, it would not have been possible for me to resolve the case and you made it as expedient as possible. I will be happy to refer you whenever I can.
Karlie represented me in a difficult domestic violence case. The police report was ugly but she took my case and treated me like a friend. We got the best possible outcome (case dismissed!) and I truly believe it wouldn't have gone so well in my favor without her. I would absolutely recommend Karlie Valdez to any of my friends because she was highly capable and almost as importantly, to me at least, never made me feel like a criminal client but instead a good person who needed her help. You couldn't do better than her in my opinion.
I could try to sell Karlie Valdez and trust me I thought about it. I am only going to tell you my personal experience. When I had a consultation with Karlie she let me know of all my options honestly and thoroughly. When we spoke about the easiest and cheapest route to take the case she told me that she would do it. No upsell or pressure. But I asked her to fight for me and she seemed eager to get to work. Her price was fair and I believed in her. Karlie told me what she could do with the case, to me it seemed like a dream. But I believed in her. During the whole court process she was only a text away with fast timely responses. When I called Karlie her response was also as fast. In court she sat next to me making feel like we were a team. I have been in court where my lawyer is as close to the podium as possible at all times. Only giving a nod as they enter the courtroom. This adds confusion and uncertainty to the unpleasantness of a courtroom experience. In the end Karlie delivered 100%. She knows the courts and how to handle cases as well as clients. Knowing the uncertainty of court if the whole case went south I would still recommend Karlie. She was that good.
Karlie represented me in East Division Redmond Courthouse for two driving with a suspended license charges (one of which I wasn't even aware I was charged with until I received a notice in the mail). Throughout the lead up to my time in court, Karlie thoroughly reviewed my case and worked hard to collect all of the pertinent and relevant facts. She did an exemplary job of helping me understand the legal process and counseled me on recommended options. Karlie was always available to take my call, which provided me with a great level of comfort and confidence. She was/is a pleasure to work with and demonstrated the utmost professionalism combined with a very positive attitude. Karlie is now my go-to person for legal representation.
Karlie Valdez represented me on a DUI charge that was made further difficult by public defense advice during detainment and again at the arraignment. She set the correct expectations before accepting the case and then defended me through to a result that exceeded those expectations. Not only was Karlie very knowledgable and thorough, she treated me with respect and compassion during a very stressful time. This approach made it easier to endure the process with the patience that is required to reach the best result. I highly recommend her to anyone needing legal representation of any kind.
Ms. Valdez was beyond all expectations. Her knowledge of the law and natural ability to talk to and understand people made an impression on me that I will remember forever. If I am ever in a situation again where I require legal services I would not hesitate to call for her help again. I have already recommended her to friends and family. The biggest favor you can do for yourself to make any legal process as smooth and seamless as possible is to call Karlie Valdez.
