And that time I did not realize the seriousness of it and plead guilty immediately. However, then I know Criminal Speeding would leave a criminal record and I ask Mr. Muller to deal with my case. Factors such as improperly restrained toddler, admitted criminal speed (twice the legal limit), high performance vehicle, etc. made defending this Reckless Driving charge in a jury trial very challenging.
