I admit I am not your typical lawyer.I bring into my practice years of business experience, entertainment industry know how and a passport full of stamps. I transitioned into law after working in the music business, investment banking and franchising. I have a zest for life, for people and for business. I love to see others chase their dreams and make it happen. That is why I studied law. That is what I love most about practicing law.My passion is help you do what you do best. Expanding businesses, developing new concepts, raising capital, structuring debt, and guiding you through the myriad of decisions that confront modern day business owners on a daily basis  - that is the foundation of this law practice.  When I am not practicing law I am fox hunting, driving my Porsche 911 (top down of course) through the rolling hills of Tennessee, playing a game of golf or tennis, writing music,  visiting vineyards and helping manage and an international wine project, and dreaming up my next adventure. My central office is located on the west side of Nashville, Tennessee in beautiful Belle Meade, but I am also licensed in Florida and serve clients here, there and throughout the world.
