Not only busy with an out of control society, no economy, where cuts to her staff of attorney's left her with a skeleton crew. Ms. Flynn is grinding away to help the poor,indigent defendant in need to the very best level with no skips in between. This lawyer, this human being, volunteers, probablly an attentive wife , mother, sister and daughter for real! All blazing horizons for US! Not a lazy unprofessional, idle cell in her body. I must admit I called the public defender in any city the 'public pretender'. I humbly resign that my ignorance was shameful. I now turned that ugly into a goal. We need to help one another, MORE!!! DAILY never expecting anything in return. The PUBILC DEFENDER just the name is a huge hat to wear for all kinds of defendants in need. These lawyers unselfishly give their education well learned for us. Ms. Flynn the matriarch, leading the way. These men and women in Sacramento are the standard of excellence for all courts and people in general. When we need our rights adhered to in court ,on the street, where and who you live near. It is not easy to get it. I learned allot during my nightmare on the defendant side. I learned that I was blessed to have Ms. Karen Flynn support me and defend me honestly with care and her time. Almost a year of not knowing if I was going to jail at the hands of my preditors revenge and evil lies. I knew their waste of court was wrong but I felt it was a roll of the dice with the Public Defender. I( was called and assured, I met with the lawyers several times and I felt that the truth must prevail over these sociopaths acussing me falsely. I even called the Prosecutors office regarding my DV case going arye benifitting the ex who hit and robbed me leaving him priveledged and me ruined. I thought I was going under the jail a nd left there. I have seen kangaroo courts in the hallways, stairways bathrooms and nothing in the court itself. I was unsure, but I will say this. When and if you need the PD respect them. Be aware of the 8 years of college to help you for free goofball. Turn your life around if you are a nitwit in trouble all the time. Remind yourselfishness that there are educated ,not educated people out here doing things with thier lives for you! A stranger in need. SO respect them But most of all be responsible for your own actions , and the ones against others fool. You need to be an asset not a defficet to mankind. Check out the internet on Ms. Flynn and try if you can ,to be the contributing factor in life instead of the spoiled trouble maker in life.
