I am passionate about workplace fairness.  I work with employers to fix their "people problems" by ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.  I also conduct internal investigations specific to the needs of each company to address allegations of employment discrimination and policy violations.  I draft employee handbooks, policies, procedures and employment contracts.  I represent employees in discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims.  I work closely with labor unions in grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges and contract negotiations and interpretation.  I have dedicated the vast majority of my twenty year legal career to employment law specializing in labor and employee relations.  I also have an extensive background in Human Resource Management.  A New Jersey native who now resides in the Washington DC metropolitan area, I am a proud grauduate of Rutgers University and Howard University School of Law.
