A former general counsel for software companies, my current law practice is limited to select clients because of my own start-up.  However, if you are looking for reasonably-priced counsel for your early-stage technology or food or beverage company, I have the experience and skill set to handle many of your legal needs.  In addition, I have an extensive real estate background, and have practiced real estate law since 1994.
