Worst experience I have ever had! If I could give zero stars I would. I needed 2 VERY simple and straightforward Trust documents developed and it took months! I made repeated follow-up calls to see what was going on and never even got the courtesy of a return call until I evaluated it--so unprofessional and frustrating. When I finally received the first drafts of the Trusts, it was obvious that she used an existing template because she failed to remove information that did not pertain to my Trusts. I caught these mistakes as well as others! In addition, if using a Trust template, why did it take so long to finalize the Trusts--it should have been turn-key! These were very SIMPLE Trusts, they should have been turned around within a couple of weeks. If she didn't want to represent me, then she should have declined at the onset.
