Kaitlin A. Alley is an associate attorney in the Santa Fe office of Noble & Vrapi, P.A. Kaitlin graduated with honors from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in International Relations and Spanish. Kaitlin studied Spanish language, literature and history in Granada, Spain as a part of her undergraduate degree. After graduating from the University of Puget Sound, Kaitlin returned to Spain to teach English at an elementary school as part of the Spanish Government’s English Language and Culture initiative. Kaitlin received her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Kaitlin is based in the firm's Santa Fe, NM, office and is proficient in Spanish. Kaitlin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and specializes in family-based immigration, provisional waivers, U Visas, removal defense and crimmigration issues. In addition to representing clients before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and all immigration-related agencies, Kaitlin practices before the El Paso Immigration Court and other nationwide immigration courts, New Mexico state courts, U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, the Administrative Appeals Office, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kaitlin also practices criminal defense and is a member of the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (NMCDLA).
