About

Kacie is the Staff Attorney for the Caregiver Advocacy Program at the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center, specializing in representing nonparent caregivers in family law, probate, and juvenile matters. At the Children's Law Center, Kacie is actively involved in community education, policy advocacy, and national partnerships to promote the safety and stability of children. Kacie offers a sliding scale and alternative fee agreements based upon individual need for clients statewide. Kacie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois.
