Attorney Schneider began his legal career in 2014 as an Associate for a Miami firm. There, he worked in the areas of construction defects, insurance, and contract claims. In 2015, Justin went to work as a Legislative Intern for Florida House Representative Dave Kerner in Tallahassee. In the summer of that year, he tried three jury trials and three bench trials for the Office of the State Attorney in Broward, FL. He continued his legal work in 2015 and 2016 as a law clerk for a private firm and the Division of Administrative Hearings in Tallahassee.In August of 2016, Mr. Schneider began working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office. There, Justin chaired over 40 trials and achieved a 90% conviction rate. He also handled two civil fatality cases along with multiple felony, traffic, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. In total, he managed a caseload of over 300 felonies. His additional legal work involved drafting appellate briefs, negotiating plea agreements, and conducting depositions.
