Instead of picking up a phone and calling opposing counsel for clarification on a matter he would file a motion, and then we would wait 90 days for a court date. This continued over and over. Justin also missed court dates, again delaying resolution to my case and adding bad-will to my case in front of the presiding judge. Justin also failed to file critical documents with the court that ended causing me to return to court years later to try and fight contempt charges of not filing said documents.
