I hired Mr Peltier to help me resolve a trust issue where they were not supplying me with all that was stated in the will. Mr Peltier seemed to be very good, knew a lot about cases, trusts, and law, etc, and how to get them to solve my problem. He told me it was a small bar for them to hop over and that it would take 10hours work to present a case to them. I paid him 3000$, had a meeting on the phone with him, he was supposed to have a meeting with the trust, had appointement set....he never made the appointement. He had appointement with me which he did not keep, emailed me, apologized and rescheduled. He never kept the rescheduled appointement. I contacted him 2-3x after that and he never responded. He just kept my money and blew me off. My regular attorney tried contacting him with no luck. I am out of state, I suspect he just took my money and kept it and did no further service. It has been close to 2 years now since he started, and still he has not provided any work for me at all, has made no attempt to contact me after saying he wanted to reschedule an appointement (october, 2014, it is now January 20th 2015 and no return phone calls or emails!) over 3 months since I have even heard back from him. I got ripped off and have nothing to show for 3000$ payment with a promise for 10hours of work. If I lived locally I would persue the matter but I suspect other Massachusetts (Very suspect state, nothing but methamphetamines and ripoffs in MA has been my experience, a real arm pit of the universe kind of place, just look at its governors!) attorneys are waiting to fleece me also! So I'd rather just cut my losses and lose money on just one attorney, not a whole series of them!!! I would leave this attorney alone! There are a sea of attorneys in Massachusetts to choose from! Why risk it??? Could be a bad deal like mine! Watch out!
