I am senior counsel at Gilbert Russell McWherter, PLC, with offices across the state of Tennessee--Memphis, Jackson, Brentwood, and Chattanooga.  I handle employment law claims on the employee-side, including wrongful discharge, whistleblower, harassment, benefits disputes, and discrimination of all types. I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee but travel weekly to each part of the state.
