He understood my problems, and helped me the best way to solve the problem.
Justin did exactly what I hired him to do, keep a ticket of my record, points of my license, and no fine. Bit expensive, but I'll take it.
I was charged with a DUI in the state of Maryland but I live in Pennsylvania. Justin is licensed in both and was able to navigate the different systems expertly. I did everything he asked, and he was able to get me a PBJ and keep all proceedings and probation in Maryland. I am able to keep my PA license and continue to work. Justin will ask you to complete courses and/or treatment before your court date, but it is worth it. He knows what he's doing and was able to get me a great result. I would especially recommend him to anyone who has a DUI/DWI charge outside of your home state.
Justin Esworthy represented me in 2 cases. One being an offense in Pennsylvania that had a mandatory minimum sentence of 90 days, and a probation violation in Maryland. Of course there are no guarantees with what will happen on the day of court, but he came through with what he said he could do. He both got me the smallest possible sentence in PA and handled the MD case in a single court visit that resulted in my probation being finished with a sentence being less than 1% of what the maximum sentence could had been. He is professional, intelligent, attentive, and an absolute force to be reckoned with in the justice system. Not to mention his assistant, Kristen, will be there to help you any step of the way while he is busy. If you need a defense attorney, look no further.
I was facing a large speeding ticket offense and Justin was able to get the result of Not Guilty. Can’t complain with that! Great service, very professional.
If you ever need a criminal attorney Attorney Justin Esworthy is your man. I was facing some very serious charges and jail time. Attorney Esworthy was very professional and a man of is word. He explained the things that I needed to do to make us successful. He fought for every charge as if he was the person being charged. Then after the case was over he made sure he explained everything before we left the courthouse. I will always refer Attorney Esworthy to others who may need a criminal attorney. Thank God for him.
I'm about a year and change late, but I can't lie, Justin's service was excellent! Within 2 months of one another, back to back officers were monitoring the area around my neighborhood for speeders and nabbed me (although I doubt I was actually speeding). If I remember correctly my tickets were around $170 each with points to be assessed. During the first trial I challenged the ticket myself and went to court arguing based on articles I read online (never believe a word of those things); needless to say I lost but the Judge saw fit to put me on PBJ (although I had a near spotless record) which meant that I couldn't get another ticket at all for 3 years or else points would be assessed. During the second trial I contacted several firms, all of which were kind of pricey admittedly, but I decided to go with Justin's. Justin told me to this would be an easy win and told me to go to work on my trial day. By 10:43am on the day of my trial I received an e-mail saying that the PBJ was wiped, the ticket was dismissed, no points would be assessed, and I was good to go. I'd undoubtedly recommend Justin without hesitation.
I had the honor of having Justim represent me in a serious DUI case where I was facing a significant amount of time because of my prior history which consisted of several DUI's. Justin was very thorough in his presentation to the judge and straightforward with me as his client. It was because of his knowledge and courtroom savvy that I was able to walk out of the courtroom with my family and no jail time . I received 3 yrs probation which I thought was very good considering the amount of DUI's that I had on my record prior to that charge. I would strongly recommend Justim to represent anyone for any serious charges that you may be facing .
First time that we have ever needed a lawyer and the experience was great. Justin and his legal assistant Kristen were available any time we had questions and consistently provided us updates on the case. Aside from the communication being prompt, Justin was also able to resolve the case quickly and with no penalties after driving without a license for 3 years.
I hired Mr. Esworthy to represent me for a recent minor traffic citation because I wanted to preserve my points free record. I primarily communicated with his excellent legal assistant Kristen due to my own limited availability for phone conversations. At no point during the process did I ever feel out of the loop, there was always a constant flow of clear communication. I'm pleased with my verdict and the peace of mind that Justin and his team afforded me. If I or someone I knew ever needed legal counsel in the future I would have no hesitation in recommending Justin.
