About
I am an associate attorney with Noel Law. I am licensed to practice in the State of Indiana, and the United States Northern and Southern District Courts. I was a 2008 graduate of DePauw University where I majored in Political Science. I then went on to graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law with a focus on advocacy and dispute resolution. I grew up in Tipton County, and am a graduate of Tipton High School. I currently focus my practice in the area of litigation, primarily the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations, civil torts defense, and personal injury. I have also served as a deputy public defender in Tipton County for the last three years, treasurer of the Howard County Bar Association, and am an integral member of the Tipton County Evidence Based Decision Making Initiative.

Justin worked diligently to resolve my legal issues in a quick and professional manner. He was quite knowledgeable about the processes and communicated continually throughout the court process.
I retained Justin for a family law matter. I admit that the issue was rather complex; however, he assured me that he'd do his best to secure a desirable outcome and provided me with what I thought were reasonable expectations. By "his best", he must have meant "I'm just going to take your money and do the bare minimum", because that's basically all he did. He was not aggressive, whether in the courtroom, when interacting with other attorneys, or in his preparation for court. He did nothing to accurately prepare me for court, did not provide sound legal advice, and had his paralegal communicate with me on every matter when it should have been him. Phone calls go unreturned and emails take days to answer. He even had the other party admit to lying, falsifying information, and not communicating with the co-parent in court and instead of brutally annihilating him, he was timid and didn't push the issue. He was obviously not willing to "push the envelope" in the case, while the more senior attorney on the other side was willing to have his client lie and slander me to get the desired outcome. would not recommend him.
