Very poor at filing we are in the process of getting evicted for a home that were purchasing under a land sale contract he let it go through the court as an eviction when it should have went to Bisbee as a foreclosure now we have an eviction on my record for a years thanks to his mess ups

Mr. Allred was hired to do a judicial foreclosure. It was a very simple matter that he was paid for in advance to file a form and appear in court. We hired him 11/2015 to complete this matter and as of 10/14/2015 we are still awaiting our deed. He lied 3 different times saying that he had filed paperwork that he had not filed and was awaiting the court/the recorder/the treasurer to get back with him so he could proceed. Follow up calls to the court clerk, the court recorder and the treasurers office all proved that he had not done anything on our behalf. Only when confronted with the fact that he had lied were we able to get him to do the job that he was paid in advance for and repeatedly lied about doing.
