About

I am a former college athlete who now uses my competitive drive and work ethic to resolve my clients' conflicts in and out of court. I handle a wide variety of complex litigation matters including TEDRA litigation, breach of contract, real property disputes, timber trespass, labor and employment, business dissolution, shareholder actions, creditor's rights, and evictions (both commercial and residential).  I have also successfully handled matters on appeal.
