Attorney Julie Oberbillig of Olympia, WA is straight forward, easy to understand, cost efficient, and most importantly, highly effective in the objective you have hired her to achieve. Lastly, she doubles as a quasi-psychologist and keeps you positive about the potential outcome all the way through the process, which admittedly, is equally needed. 5 stars for Attorney Julie Oberbillig. I would work with her again, if needed, and have referred her to many of my colleagues that have experienced the same beneficial end result after utilizing her services.
Julie is the most amazing attorney I have worked with...and I have worked with a lot of them! She took on my case when I had been turned away by other attorney's, she listened to my situation and asked me detailed information that I didn't know or think was pertinent to my case. We had to fight to get PDA information first then continued on to my lawsuit of discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment. We reached a settlement after four years of tedious and invasive tactics that this kind of case requires, she always helped and encouraged me to stay strong and stay the course. Julie is the most compassionate and smartest attorney that I have had the privilege to work with and she wasn't intimidated by the bigger law firms that we were going against. She dug deep into all the aspects of my case and conferred with other employment attorney's to find solutions and information regarding my case. I can't say enough about how dedicated she is to helping her clients get the best resolution possible. I would give her more stars if possible!
I hired Julie as I was asked to by my divorce lawyer. I had a bad work experience and was frustrated and decided to do something about it. Julie listened to what I had to say on the phone and then we met in person and she listened to my words and asked me lots of questions. I told her everything that happened and she said she could do something about it. She is very nice and positive about things. She was a great communicator and she accomplished exactly what she said she would do. I appreciate her all of her hard work. It was worth it!
I quit my job of almost 2 years because of illegal activity. I was denied unemployment. My appeal hearing for “just cause quit” took 4 months to finally get and throughout those months, Julie and I kept contact. She was always accessible via text, phone and email. She took a LOT of time to talk to me on many occasions and I feel she went way over and above what she was compensated for. She met with me before my hearing and not only did she make me feel prepared (and help prepare me!) she put me at ease. When it came to the hearing, it was a long one. I know 100% if I had not hired her I would not have won. She knew exactly what questions to ask and what to object to. There were a lot of variables to navigate and she made the complicated mess of my employment simple. She helped me prove my employer had broken at least one law and that I’d complained about it. I will be forever grateful to Julie and feel lucky to have found her. The only advice I have to anyone reading this is to maybe call her BEFORE you quit! Also, always appeal if you are denied (with Julie’s help!!). Thank you, Julie!!!!!!
