Absolutely the best representation I could have hoped for. Legal matters are never pleasant, but I can't imagine going through this without Juliana in my corner. She is thorough, professional, efficient, but most of all, she truly cares. I have recommended her several times and will continue to in the future. Do yourself a favor and start with the best!
Juliana was always professional. She looked out for my best interests. She was always prompt in responding to any call or email. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone needing a family law attorney.
Juliana is very personal and professional. She listens and is able to come up with the best plan. I would recommend her to any one needing a family law attorney.
Juliana is only out for her own good and to build her wallet. She does not care about her clients or their well being, much less whether or not she wins the case—she gets paid either way. She was unprepared for my case and came to trial unprepared. We left worse than when we went it, which never should have happened given the evidence. Had she bothered to review the evidence she might have been able to present it. She stumbled throughout the trial, failed to present vital evidence and was repeatedly tripped up by the opposing attorney. At times, she simply gave up because she couldn't find whatever she thought she was looking for in her "box" and when the opposing attorney challenged her on anything she stumbled and dropped whatever she'd been asking, The opposing party continually lied. She had evidence to disprove those lies yet never bother to present that or question the other party. She was often obvioulsy confused and disorganized throughout most of the trial. She made sarcastic, audible remarks to and about the opposing attorney and his client and lashed out at the opposing attorney and the judge with snarky comments and observations. More than once she was put in her place by the judge and told to control herself. I was punished for her bad behavior with a ruling that had no real bearing as to the matters at hand. She failed to present vital evidence and failed to have witnesses I'd told her to call. Her argument for failing to present evidence, call witnesses, etc. was "it was a judgment call." She was illiterate about the law in many areas, which allowed the opposing counsel to object to basic things that should have been admitted as evidence. She fails to return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, if they are even returned at all, which is very rare. She'll bill you for reading emails or listening to your voice message but not bother to respond. I was able to accomplish more on my own after getting rid of her than she accomplished. She lied about what could and could not be done legally. She barely made a filing deadline, despite ample time to prepare—she was literally down to the minute before the court house closed on the last day to file something. She would attend hearing or status conferences and never bother to let me know what was said or decided and failed to notify me of new court dates. I had to research on my own to find out my court dates, which is simply ridiculous. Juliana is immature, unprepared and unprofessional and I would never recommend her as an attorney.
