Julia did our closing three months ago and not only did she find a prior lawyers error but she fixed it saving us the deal and hundreds if thousands if dollars! Get everything in writing from this lady. She is very smart, but unfortunately opportunistic. She belongs more in criminal cases I would say, NOT in real estate matters which are already difficult in itself to complete with out her. My biggest problem with her was all the extra additional charges that she added on as the transaction went along. She did her job, and was professional for the most part, but she is guaranteed to take you for a ride for sure.
