Licensed in NY since 1972 and California since 1973. Experienced in negotiating deals and drafting/negotiating contracts in film, television, music and the internet for actors, writers, directors, producers, musicians, songwriters, production companies, record and publishing companies. I serve on the Board of Governors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and am a past chairperson of the Entertainment Section of both the Beverly Hills Bar and the LA County Bar. I am a long-time member of NARAS (the Recording Academy), The Television Academy, NARIP, AIMP and have chaired and moderated many panels for the bar associations, music associations and Digital Hollywood. Additionally, I have mentored students through the Fulfillment Fund, and volunteer at the East Valley Animal Shelter.
